Customer has 72 hours from signing Motor Vehicle Contract of Sale to notify Freeway Cadillac Mazda by email of your intent to exchange your vehicle. Send your notification to sales@freewayautos.com and it will be time and date stamped upon receipt.

• No more than 150 miles may be put on the vehicle to be exchanged.
• Customer is responsible for cleaning cost and damages up to $300. Vehicles with damage and/or clean up expense in excess of $300 are not eligible for exchange.
• Vehicles returned for exchange may only be exchanged for in stock units. All replacement vehicles must be from stock inventory, no special or custom orders are available for replacement vehicles.
• Customers must complete the exchange within 24 hours of notifying dealer of their intent to do so. No additional time will be allowed for arranging of days off for work or other items beyond the control of the dealer.
• All financing in place at the time of the sale will be subject to re-approval and financing arrangements for the exchange vehicle are the entire responsibility of the customer should the dealer be unable to arrange new financing on the replacement vehicle.
• Dispute Resolution – Arbitration: The Agreement requires binding arbitration if there is an unresolved dispute between you and Freeway Cadillac Mazda. Under this Arbitration provision, you give up your right to resolve any dispute arising from the Agreement by a judge and/or a jury. Costs associated with arbitration are the responsibility of the customer initiating the arbitration. You also agree not to participate as a class representative or class member in any class action litigation, any class arbitration or any consolidation of individual arbitrations The decision of an arbitrator will determine the outcome of the arbitration and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and cannot be reviewed or changed by, or appealed to, a court of law.
